Williamson & Croft sources candidates directly and with the use of preferred suppliers to assist in sourcing candidates for particular roles.

We do not accept any speculative CVs from recruitment agencies or suppliers who are not part of our formal preferred supplier list (“PSL”), and we only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place, registered on our PSL database and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our team for a specific role.

We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to us or any of our employees other than via our recruitment process. If this is not adhered to, Williamson & Croft reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and have discussions with them without paying any agency fees.

Submission of any unsolicited CVs or proposals to Williamson & Croft will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of our agency policy.
